Hi Rachel,

I just wanted to drop you a line to say a huge thank you for the course that you ran for Jessicas birthday party on Saturday 5th. The children had such a fantastic time and the reaction of their parents when they saw what their kids had done was brilliant.

I've had lots of positive feedback and people asking about parties. I've explained that Need-a-cake is not marketing parties and that it was actually a course but I still think you will get some enquiries - there's definately a market should you ever develop a party plan.

I had a really enjoyable time too, and if the childrens courses/parties is something you will be developing, I would gladly come and assist you if you have large groups where you need extra hands/eyes!

Thank you once again - you made Jessica's party really special.

A quick email to thank all of the staff at need a cake for the fantastic wedding cake that you made for our recent wedding. The cake looked amazing and we really appreciate all the time and effort that you put into making it so special (those small cakes must have taken ages - sorry   :-) 

I would like to express my full appreciation for your excellent services and for the lovely cake, which arrived beautifully presented. My mum was delighted and said the cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted wonderful and this from a very good baker!

Just thought i would drop you a line to thankyou for the beautiful cake you made for my daughters wedding. There was not a crumb left and every tier disapeared. The fruit, chocolate and sponge layers were all gorgeous, even the sugar flowers were eaten. We will definatly us you for futur celebrations and recommend you to friends and family.
